I have just recently subscribed to this ISP. The modem was sent to me and i tried to connect to the internet, but it kept telling me that the page i requested could not be opened. i phoed the ISP for help. After nearly an hour with me on the phone, we relised that the problem was from my laptop as the modem was working alright. I was adviced to uninstall the norton antivirus and try again to connect before reinstalling it, but even the antivirus wont allow me to uninstall.
What should i do as i am very eager to get browsing.
